العلم والمعرفة

العِلمُ إِمّا عِلمُ الأَديانِ وَإِمّا عِلمُ الأَبدان

“Knowledge is either knowledge of religions or knowledge of bodies.”

وَقَد أَفنَيتُ عُمري في طِلابٍ فَلَم أَظفَر بِغَيرِ العِلمِ شَيئا

“I spent my life in pursuit, and gained nothing beyond knowledge itself.”

وَفي الجَهلِ قَبلَ المَوتِ مَوتٌ لِأَهلِهِ وَأَجسادُهُم قَبلَ القُبورِ قُبور

“In ignorance before death there is a death for its people — their bodies are graves before the graves.”

الإِبداعُ هُوَ أَن تَرى ما لا يَراهُ الآخَرون

“Creativity is seeing what others do not see.”

من لم يتعلم في صغره لم يتقدم في كبره

“He who does not learn in his youth does not advance in his old age.”
