حكمةٌ عربيةٌ في الثناء على العقل والعلم: فالعقل زينةٌ لصاحبه، والعلم سلاحٌ يَقيه ويُعِزّه. وهي من حِكَم العرب السائرة لا تُنسب إلى قائلٍ بعينه، وتُضرب في الحضِّ على طلب العلم.
